BluOS unable to reinstall on iPhone
BeantwortetThe BluOS controller app did work on my iPhone untill it stalled after using the pause button. I removed the app and I'm trying to reinstall it, but after giving permission to access the local network, the wheel keeps turning.
FYI: iOS is up to date, the network acces button for BluOS is activated, other apps are running normally on the iPhone and the BluOS app is still working on my laptop (Windows version).
How to solve this?

Hi Paul
Restart your phone to clear the download cache and clear your iPhone RAM. If problems persist after an iPhone restart, please e-mail support@bluesound.com.

Hi Guys,
I am suffering from the same issue. I deleted the app on my iPad after struggling with the app always defaulting to 'Searching for Player' (which happened even with no players powered on at all). Upon reinstalling the app, I get the behavior above: Accept the terms and conditions, allow local network access, select 'Get Started', and the app just hangs. I have deleted and reinstalled the app again, restarted the iPad, and deleted the app, restarted the iPad, and then reinstalled the app with no luck.Any ideas? How did the last poster manage to solve his issues? It would be ideal to leave the solutions on the public forum, so that others can search and try some of the troubleshooting steps without needing to soak up support time.

Further to this, Airplay is working, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect are all able to see the BluOS devices correctly on this iPad. Yamaha's MusicCast works flawlessly on this iPad as well. However, the BluOS app is unable to find any players.
