    Hi Shopping

Not sure why you are Indexing each player individually. You only need to Index one player. Once that index is complete, it will replicate a copy of that new index to the other 6. This replication can be identified by the other players LEDs pulsing blue and white. See here for more details; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039977413-Indexing-your-Music-Library

Thank you for the prompt response.  My 7 devices are out of clear view and I had not noticed the LED pattern. I just thought it had to be done for each device since other settings, such as "favorites" and "recently played" seem to be local to each computer. I use the BluOS app on an iPhone, an iPad and also on a Mac, and they each seem to maintain their own list of favorites and recently played.  I now see that some data accessible through these apps is shared while others are not??  Thanks!  And automatic indexing would be a great addition.

Individual Players maintain their own lists of Recently Played yes (given different members of your house and your listening patterns in different locations). Same for Presets.

The Index, Playlists, Favourites and Music Service credentials are replicated. Any time one of those are changed, all players should receive an update within a few seconds. The Index may take longer given the size of the Album Artwork portion of the database on large collections (say greater than 15K songs) can take a while... but generally within 2 minutes or so of an index completing, all players should have the Index.

I have passed your scheduled/auto index feedback along to our Product Development team.

I also would like to have an auto indexing feature.
