Newer iOS.. Privacy and Security… Local Network… BluOS, make sure it’s enabled.

Do double check to make sure your iPad is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Bluesound devices

It’s possible your Router had a firmware update and is isolating Wi-Fi onto LAN connections.

If you continue to have issues, in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com

Hi Marc, do try swiping away all open apps and rebooting the iPad. Also in the iOS Settings, ensure under Apps that Local Network support is enabled for the BluOS App.

    Hi and Thanks

I did reboot the iPad, no change

I don't find how to unable the LAN support for the BluOS App in the settings. The controller has awlays worked on the iPad without this parameter.

The Vault is linked to my router, not using WiFi

And there was no recent router update that can explain an isolation between Wi-Fi and LAN

I will contact the Support Crew as suggested.

    Regards,

    Marc

The iPad connects via Wi-Fi, to your Router and then wired to the VAULT.

The iPad connects via Wi-Fi to my Router, and the VAULT is wired to the Router with an ethernet cable
