Unable to find headphones c700
BeantwortetMy NAD C700 can be found on the BlueOS app, and the phone on which I run the app can Bluetooth-connect with my headphones, but the app cannot find the headphones when I try to link these to the amplifier (NAD C700). It did this just fine until recently, and then it suddenly refuses to, cannot even find it anymore. I am not sure if the problem is in the app or in the amp, but I hope to find a way to find out more. It is very frustrating and confusing.

Sounds like your headphones are already paired with your phone. Most headphones can only pair with one device at a time, you will have to 'forget' or 'disconnect' the headphones from your phone before repairing them in the BluOS App.

I already assumed this and tried it, it doesn’t make a difference.
