Network share suddenly not recognized
BeantwortetOut of the blue (no pun intended) I can no longer see any of the music on my DS220 NAS. The share still shows up in settings but I can't see it or figure out how to get it back in the "Music Services" section. It is not an issue with the drive itself as I can still access and play music from it (just not through Bluesound). I deleted and re-installed the Mac OS app. Deleted the share then added it back. No luck. Sent in a support request but have not heard back yet. Wondering if anyone here has experienced this. Also, I am connected via ethernet.

To better troubleshoot this, please send our Support Crew a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request from the Home page of the BluOS App.

I am frustrated that in your support responses you do not account for the entire conversation. Almost always, the final answer is NEVER shown! This only one of all support questations regarding Network Share which don't show the final solution
