My Vault 2i will not turn on

My phone wasn’t connecting to the Vault 2i so I unplugged it to reboot it. Now all it does is sit there with flashing green lights. Any idea how to fix this problem? Thanks

  Where does the log file come from, the controller app or the player?

  Thanks for your help. The Vault is working again. Just swapped out the Ethernet cable. Let’s hope it continues to work!
