No useful response was provided to my earlier question to explain the benefits the dual DAC in the Icon provides to the customer / sound quality.

It is not giving confidence you cannot provide such information to the users active on this community forum, it now looks to nothing more than marketing, making sure your "dual DAC" is on a par with some competitors who have implemented dual DAC.

Maybe, at least, you can provide the values for SNR and THD, which now are listed "TBD", both on your webpage as well as on your spec sheet.

  It may be marketing like 5-bladed vs 2-bladed razors but the DAC is only one (albeit major) component in the circuit. The entire circuit, clocks, power supply etc contribute to the overall performance. SNR and THD would be nice to know however. I'm impressed with NAD's M33 and M66, well designed, great specs and good sound. 

  Measurements are one thing, listening is another.
