Vault 2i red light can’t reset + something is rattling inside the frame.

I have a Vault 2i and it is stuck with the red light on and I can’t reset it. I have now unplugged it completely and will attempt to plug it in and have a direct Ethernet connection to my modem. As I input and moved it - I also can hear a rattling from within the device. Like a screw has come lose. I have heard you can provide a USB stick with the firmware for a reboot. Can you please let me know what you think are my next steps?
