BlueOS Controller does not open and Pulse Flex speakers are showing solid red

I have Pulse Flex speakers and they have been down for two days. They are wired (ethernet cable) and I use desktop app on pc, windows 10. The speakers are showing a solid red and the BluOS controller shows only "looking for players" and I cannot do anything with it. I have unplugged the power cable from all the speakers for minutes, but it does not help - still solid red. I have updated the BluOS controller several times and started the computer again - doesn't help. The network is strong and working well.

Let's confirm your players are receiving a proper network address first
- Unplug your router for 10 seconds then plug it back in
- Wait 5 minutes
- Unplug each player for 10 seconds then plug them back in
- Wait 5 more minutes
- Relaunch the App on your phone

Unfortunately that did not help. But we have solved the case:
- Unplug the power cable from the player for several minutes, but keep the router plugged
- Plug the power cable back and press "play" button down for 30 seconds so that red light starts flashing.
- Open the desktop controller and find your players.
