Both devices seem to share similar IR codes, please follow the following instructions for changing the IR channel on the RC1 and NODE X.

    -- OR --

The PVR is connected to the TV and the TV is connected to the NODE X via HDMI. In which case HDMI CEC commands are putting the NODE X to sleep when you turn off the PVR. In the BluOS App select, the NODE X. Then select Settings, Player, Customise Sources, HDMI and disable Auto-Sense. You will have to manually select HDMI as a Source in the HDMI App (or make a Preset in the NODE X and use that preset on your remote...) going forward.

    Hi

Thanks for the responses. It's taken me a while to get back to this.

    • The TV or PVR isn't connected to the Node X.
    • I have tried all of the Remote presents with no change.
    • I had a look at the HDMI settings and Auto Sense was already off.
    • The TV remote only turns the Node X on but not off.

So I am still stuck with this problem. The weird thing is everything worked properly until one day it didn't.

    Hi David

If clearing all IR codes in the NODE X (by reading this article https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039214453-Can-I-use-my-TV-remote-or-any-IR-remote-to-Control-BluOS-Players) does not help, feel free to select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can take a closer look.
