Tidal Remote Service Error (I tried everything!)

Since about October 2023 I can only play about 8-10 songs (sometime less) via Tidal before getting a “Remote Service Error: Cannot Get Stream Tidal 323774982” (number is different every time). I have updated my BluOS app to most current, updated all of my players (3) with most up to date firmware, deleted the tidal connection - player reboot - relogged into Tidal, rebooted WIFI router. All multiple times and the problem persists! I have invested about $8000 USD in BluOs players and am seriously thinking about selling them all for a more reliable service. They all worked flawlessly for a year prior to October 2023. BlueOS team: if you don’t figure this out I am leaving your systems and NAD forever.

  Did you find the reason? I got a similar error message (remote service error: unexpected error occurred) in the Blusound app.

  I googled it and people with Naim, Roon and other systems seem to have similar problems. Thus, I checked if I can log in into the Tidal app. Also did not work (on various devices that I usually am automatically logged in, i was logged out and would not be allowed to log in!). Thus, I very much assume that it is a Tidal problem and will contact them. But if you had found some solution, let me know please.
