Couldn't load content theater set
BeantwortetThe powernode connected home theater set (PULSE FLEX 2i) keeps crashing like crazy and cannot connect to the application. Just unplug the powernode again and it can connect up and down. It can only connect once and down.
Whether it is windows app or iPhone, it is completely unable to connect. This problem has not been solved at all from the time I reported it at the end of 2023 to now. It has nothing to do with the firmware and software version.
*I have tried resetting the router and powernode to no avail
When will this issue be completely resolved?

Please send our Support Crew a log file so they may investigate further. You can do this by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App (or Help, Send Support Request in the Windows or Mac version based on your screen shot).

Only left for 3 minutes. The powernode theater combination > disappears and cannot be connected.
