My C658 Stuck on a loop when upgrading BluOS

My C658 tried to conduct a BluOS update yesterday (2024.07.19). It showed that there were 4 steps. Initially, it completed steps 1 & 2, but when it started step 3, it powered off. Upon restarting, it displayed "Service Mode, Please Wait," followed by "BluOS Upgrade, Step 1 of 2( )" > restart > "Service Mode, Please Wait" > "BluOS Upgrade, Step 1 of 2( )" > restart > ... and this cycle continues endlessly. Help, please!!
