NAD M66 won't update

I just got a new replacement NAD M66 (old one had broken hardware)

I am unable to update the firmware/BluOS to 4.4.11 (the latest for M66)

It is stuck on the version that it was shipped with (4.2.105)

I am quite familiar with how the M66 works. My old broken one I have had since April. So I know how updates are supposed to happen

I have tried factory reset. I even tried connecting it directly to the router as was suggested by NAD support. It did not work and they have not yet responded to offer other suggestions

Anyone have this issue?
