The iPad connection via Ethernet is no longer functioning
BeantwortetUntil recently, my iPads were capable of connecting to the player through Ethernet. Because of an app update, I now have to use WiFi exclusively because it constantly asks for it. Would it be possible for you to disable this again?
PS: The latest windows app on the same network is still functioning flawlessly.

I think you should try to "refresh" your network after an update.
Cut power to your router and Bluesound player. Wait 5'. Power up your router and wait again 5'.
Restart the player(s). Open the app and see if it solved the issue.
If the problem still occurs, delete the app(s) from your ipads and re-install.
As a last resort you better contact the Bluesound support team using the support request in the app.

I appreciate your help! I've already done everything except for reinstalling the app. Although I'm not sure why, this has finally made it possible to use the iPads again:-)
