Playing music from Tidal - crashed the Pulse M
BeantwortetOnly a week into owning the Pulse M and I am not sure - I am streaming music from Tidal and it works fine for a while then stops playing and BluOS app just does not load properly - everything blank with ‘nothing playing’. The only way for the player to be seen is a reboot of the unit which I have done twice already this afternoon. Not great. Maybe should of gone down the Sonos route

streaming from iphone using spotify and that has just crashed the unit again - so another reboot needed 3 time this afternoon - so don’t think it is tidal - will check out the update from Sonos
All the buttons on the pulse unresponsive - nothing happens - the blue light is on but none of them respond

Not a wi-fi issue as everything is solid as I say the Pulse M has crashed

PS: yes Sonos not the greatest update by the sounds of it on the forums :(
