FW 4.4.12 Analog Input Issue

When using the analog input there is no sound anymore. It works however if I use the analog bypass for this input. 

I noticed this after I installds 4.4.12. However I had this issue also once before. A factory reset did the trick back then. I´m not sure if it is connected to the 4.4.12 update. But it is for sure not annoying if the input frequently stops working. 

I use a NAD C399
