Try rebooting your Router, then when it’s back up and running do the same to your POWERNODE’s. If this does not help then using the BluOS App send a support request after trying to use Spotify.

Thank you Selling. You solution helped two months ago when the same problem occurred.
    But not permanently.
Does this mean I have to repeat this every now and then?

Sorry Seppi for mistyping your name.

No worries about my odd name…

If you find that just rebooting the Router (not the players) works then it’s probably best you look into getting an alternative Router unless you are happy with rebooting. Some of the better Router let you schedule a reboot so worth looking to see if you have such a setting.

Seppi, to be honest, my modem/router is from my provider (Odido aka T-Mobile) in which I turned off the WiFi router function.
This function has been taken over by a couple of Deco P7’s spreaded around the house,
All the WiFi in the house works fine.

I have updated and restarted all the Deco’s but without success.

And, important, all of the Powernodes work fine, controlled by its app on my phone and iPad.
It’s Spotify that spoils the party.

Do work with support as they can see your logs and possibly identify the cause.

I have my own Router and likewise run a separate Wi-Fi network so you don’t have an odd configuration.

    I will do so tomorrow.
    Thanks.
    Have a nice weekend.
