Bluesound Node N100 problems

Hey. My Bluesound Node N100 won’t update. I have tried holding the mute button for a very long time to reset. LED does not work so I just hold it for 2 minutes to be sure. It then tries to set up as a new streamer but it won’t update

  Given the age of the NODE, it is likely there may be an issue with the internal memory card failing. I have escalated this to our Support Crew so they can review and provide options for you...  we will be in touch via e-mail.
