    In the BluOS App, select Settings, Send Support Request from the Home Screen. Once we receive the log file, our Support Crew will be in touch for a closer look.

    This is still a common problem which becomes worth since several month and there is no answer from Bluesound?

    I have the same problem across my android devices. I tried to solve this through the bluesound support but after a few emails they stopped replying

    Did support suggest different DNS server on your Router? If not try setting them to Google 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 or Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1

    You can try logging out of Qobuz in the BluOS and back in again, this then (most likely) connects you to a different Qobuz server and might be faster.
