Tidal Connect - Android - Not working

Hello, with Android 14 Tidal Connect is not working. I send a support request #410231. The support member gave me a tip that does not work. I posted a Screenshot that Tidal on Windows is working just for clearing out is not a "naming" or a connection problem. After that my request was closed?!? I know there is already a thread for this problem. But is already marked @solved an for me it is not. So what to do? Start a new request?
