Node 2 won't play Tidal

I bought the Node 2 used a few years ago. The other day is started flashing colors for no good reason. Although I did change my Wifi password. I have rebooted the router, went thru the factory reset ( removing power for 30 seconds, reconnecting, holding finger on redlight till blinking red. It then eventually turns to green). But my controller, an older Iphone, will not connect. Eventually the light goes from green to a pinkish/purple. Need help.

BTW....I have Tidal on my my newer Iphone and it works fine, si it isn't the Tidal ap.
