Naim amp what is the best port to use

I have a Naim XS2 amp. I have connected to Aux2 with RCA leads. The Node is fighting with the amp and I want my amp to drive the speakers. Do I need to connect using DIN to RCA or use another input port ?

Hi, I think the DAC in the Naim and in the node are countering each other. When I played my vinyl which is connected in the Aux 1 port the node took over. I had the volume completely off on the Naim but I could hear the music. Im completely confused here as well.
