This is very odd, suggesting noise on the Ethernet lead. Possible issue with the switch / router / cable.

Best to contact support, in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.

Ok. I’ll try that, but why would it be moving when it is not in use? I understand that it might make some sounds while in use but not in standby. Have I understood the Vault product wrong is it something that should not be in the listening area but it some cubboard with the router and other network gear?

Sorry if I was unclear and yes I did understand what you meant but my question is that is it really possible that the unit makes very audible noise in standby mode or is there something wrong with my unit and should I return it?

Hi there, was there a solution for this issue? I have the same, but only when the ethernet cable is plugged in, which is mandatory.

Try turning the power socket 180 degrees, pull it out the rear of the Vault and wait 30 seconds , then turn it and plug it back in again and see doing that helps the noise.

Hi, unfortunately this didn't help. The only way to stop the noise is to unplug the ethernet cable.
