    I would start by rebooting the device i.e. power down, pull the power cord wait 1/2 minute and reconnect power.

    If that didn't help, reboot your router: cut power to router, cut power to device, wait 5', restart router, wait 5' and restart device.

    If you can ,set a fixed ip address to your device in the router. It will make your network more stable.

    Support@bluesound.com can help but has a work overload for the time being.

    Many thank. Merci Alain. I did all this but it doesn’t work. I think there is another problem with it. I don’t understand. I was just wondering if it was a internal software problem that could be fixed by uploading some fixes. If no one has the same problem, I will send the box to the bluesound resseller in Switzerland. It will cost me a lot for maybe no solution at the end of the day. That’s the problem.

    Same issue here. Full reset done. Still no sound. P300 device found on pc, laptop, cellphone ... that is clearly not the issue. Led flashes red after reset and nothing further. Pulled the power, reconnected and now the led went continues red. Somhow after touching the plus + for about 7 seconds it flashen green foor 4 to 5 seconde and then nothing. After a retry it stayed green and was connected to my phone. Again no sound. I was able to see the pausing and playing action on the P300 on my phone. Thus there is some communication. But again... no sound out of a "sound"blue device.

    I sent the P300 and they repaired it. Apparently, there was some hardware problem (condensateur) that they had to change. I will cost 200 CHF. I will keep you posted!

    Same problem of Pulse 300 suddenly not playing. Steady blue light and visible, but no sound. Bluesound support says parts are no longer available and that it cannot be repaired. Offered 20% discount. I will not be using it.

    I posted above that some condensators were changed by the aftersale service in Switzerland. I had to pay 200€but the system is working well again. Have a nice day!
