Blue blinking led and mute icon on tv

Every time I use the tv connected to node through earc , I got the mute icon on tv screen ( lg oled) and the node starts blinking .. no way to get rid of the icon on the tv and to stop node blinking

  Hi Patrick.

  A blue blinking LED on a NODE indicates the player is muted. This is consistent with the mute command on your TV. Consult your TV documentation as to why a mute command is being sent via CEC.

  I have this VERY similar issue with my Samsung TV.  Every time the HDMI input is auto-sensed, the input is switch to HDMI but the output (from TV to Node) is muted. The only way to get sound is to pick up the TV OEM remote and unmute it.

  I've tried a bunch of work-arounds, but nothing works. I kept getting told it's a TV problem... BUT, my last version of the Node didn't seem to exhibit this issue nor does the WiiM Ultra when I have it connected. It swaps inputs just fine with auto-detect.
