Connect to Qobuz

I can’t link my Qobuz account to my Bluesound Node. When I navigate the Bluesound OS app on my iPad to add music service > Qobuz I am taken to a login page. When I load my username and password then tap the blue “update” bar, the password disappears and nothing happens. I have the Qobuz app on the same iPad and can force it to play directly through the Node, bypassing the Bluesound OS app. Is that the only way Qobuz works with the Node? Also, I have rebooted my router, modem, iPad and Node each, in various sequences, a minimum of 5 times.

  We have seen some issues when logging into NetGear or other Security enhanced services with Qobuz as Qobuz requires NTP protocols to be enabled. You should get an error message but sometimes you don't. See if you have NetGear Armour on or some other router security that is blocking NTP traffic. If you are unsure, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App and let the Support Crew know the make and model of your router. They will reach out as quickly as possible.
