    Hi Pavich

    Check your volume outputs on the DAC (if any) and the NODE. Short of that we will need to take a closer look. Please select Settings, Send Support Request from the Home Tab of the App to send our Support Crew a log file of the NODE. Please include in the description, the make and model of the DAC.

    Our Support Crew will reach out via e-mail to help troubleshoot but I will warn you we are seeing higher than usual number of calls so it may take us a couple of days.

    If you are using the App for Windows or macOS then the option is under Help.

    If you are not seeing any options under Settings, your App or the the player are not in the same network. In which case check your App connection or reboot your router.
