Vault 2i not seen after ios software update

I have updated the iOS software app on both my iPad and iPhone. After doing this, the app does not see my Vault 2i player. The player has a steady blue LED. When starting the app on either the iPad or iPhone the app presents a “Connect to Player” screen. I go to Settings app, but BluOS is not listed in the applications list. Is this what I am being instructed to do ? If not, then what ?
