The unit will not update the software. It says there is an error.

With the current software, it does not work very well. You cannot access Settings for instance.

What to do?

  You could try to connect directly to your router using an ethernet cable.

  Move the device temporarily to your router if needed and reboot if the update doesn't start by itself.
