Windows Controller: Can't add album/song containing '&' to playlist
BeantwortetThe Windows Controller has problems with the character '&'. If the artist name, album name or song name contains '&', it can‘t be added to any playlist. For an album or song containing '&' there is the message 'added to playlist...', but the songs are not there after that. For an artist containing '&' there is no message at all. I'm running Controller 4.2.0, BluOS 4.2.6. No problem in the iOS app.

Hi Heinz
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have been able to replicate the issue here at our Quality Assurance lab... we have passed it to our App Development team. We hope to resolve it in a near future release in the BluOS App for Windows and macOS sometime early in the new year.
Until then I'm afraid you will have to stick to iOS or Android when ampersands and other possible special characters come into play.

Well, it seems that nobody is using the Windows Controller any more?

Thanks Tony, appreciate your support. Just to let you know (and maybe brighten your mood…) I encountered no problems at all when updating to BluOS 4 on a Nad T778 and 2 Flex2i. Ok, I expected a bit more innovation regarding the apps, but hopefully there‘s more to come ;-)
Kind regards, Heinz0
