BluOS controller app on Windows : a mess after update 4.2.0
BeantwortetHi guys, I have a Node 2 (ethernet wired) and a Pulse Flex (WiFi). I updated to BluOS 4.2.0 for Windows and now the controller doesn't recognize any of both players. I tried a lot (everything ?) : reset the internet connection, uninstall the controller App and install it again, reset both players (impossible to reset the Node2 !!!), checked Windows firewall. The result remains bad : none are recognized, the Node2 led remains red, while the Pulse flex turned to green. Sincerely, I don't know what else I can do ... I guess (and hope) this is only a software issue !
Please help !

Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your players, wait 5 more minutes, relaunch the App.
If problems persist or return, please e-mail support@bluesound.com and our Support Crew will take a closer look.
