With your VAULT selected as the current Player in the App, select Settings, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index from the Home Page. The LED on the VAULT will turn white or blueish-white. Once it returns to solid blue, try again.
If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look.
