BlueSound need to recognise that the updates around 4.2 render their products unusable for some
Please provide a reasonable response to the many people struggling to get their devices working since the botched? recent upgrades. Just admitting there are serious issues you are aware of would cease the gaslighting around 'restart your network' or similar responses.
I've no choice at this point but to contact my retailer and arrange a return of my Bluesound Node X and Pluse+
Whilst they work with Roon (flawlessly I might add), they don't even appear in the BluOS device any longer. Please don't tell me to restart my Network either, for one it is wired via Ethernet, two it shouldn't be necessary and three I've already turned anything and everything involved on and off again.

My unit is boot looping since the update. No respons on my support ticket..

Will bring my new node 3 back to the local dealer cause of lack of support.
