Maintain library play count

I want to track every play so that I can identify all of the tracks in my library I never listen to, and can either re-discover them or delete them.

  The history doesn't need to be forever.  One year would be fine.

  I am imaging sorting albums by "last played on" and revisiting the  older ones...
