Volume increases uncontrollable and all by itself

Twice this week an automatic massive volume raise on spotify connect. Have send in error report (388369). Solve one volume problem (inconsistent behavior between devices and screens) and leave me with a new one ? Glad I could break it off otherwise it would have destroyed my loudspeakers.

  Hi Ron

  This issue is actually not an NAD source problem but one from the Spotify App. This thread from Spotify Support may help;

  In Spotify on the iPhone, go to Settings > Devices > Devices Lock Screen, and toggle this off. This will stop you from controlling music while Spotify isn't the active app, but does seem to fix the issue with the volume controls.

  Did this, see if it might help. Strange though because both times I wasnt even near my phone .....
