    Hi Tomas

Audio dropouts are almost always networking-related - check your wireless signal strength in the BluOS App under Settings, Diagnostics.

If however, you have good signal strength, we will need to review your log file to troubleshoot further. Please select Settings, Send Support Request and our Support Crew will reach out via e-mail once they see what is happening.

    Hi Tony

    This was done last week.

The Node is connected through a high-speed fiber cable, 500Mbps. It is hard to believe that the connection is the root cause.

I will wait for the support agent to respond.

    For what it's worth:

I've been having a similar problem with a different SMSL DAC - the SU1.  It only happens when I connect the DAC to the Node (also an N130) by Coax - when  I switch to Optical the dropouts stop.  However, when I connect the Node to my integrated amp by Coax and use the internal DAC in the amp the dropouts also stop.

I suspect the issue is with SMSL DACs' Coax interface and not the Node, BWDIK.

I have the node and node 2i. With the node I have dropouts with the node using Smsl su 1 using coaxial, also using coaxial it will not play anything with Cambridge Audio 200m. With the node 2i I don’t have any issues with playing either dacs. With the node the sound seems better than the 2i with the Smsl but the dropouts are too annoying with the node.
