    Completely agree - I have a soundbar that just does not work. Having had it for many years without a single issue

    HI David - I hear you are already working with our Support Crew who are in turn working directly with our QA Team to investigate why we are seeing this on a very small handful of Gen2 Players using an optical input. We do hope to get this resolved shortly. Thanks for the logs.
