Hi Mark
We are having a hard time replicating this but our Quality Assurance Team is investigating.

Ditto playlist issue with 4.2.0 update, as Mark noted above. Occurring on a IPad Pro (6th gen) with iPadOS 17.1.1

Also, per issue noted above - I’m streaming via a Node 2 (circa 2017)

I have the same problem

I have exactly the same problem on both my iPad and iPhone. My Playlist function works fine but exactly as Mark describes, selection of any of the BluOS playlists immediately shuts the app down

Interesting Anthony, where on my iPad all the playlists are nonfunctional which is a big pita with the playlist being a back bone of the app. Plus the app shuts down

Unfortunately this problem still persists despite the update for BluOS yesterday (28th of November). This is a real shame because giving credit to the Bluesound software developers much of the new update is very good and makes the app a genuinely impressive experience. I am hopeful that this is something that can be resolved soon.

No app update available yet, UK App Store.

I accessed music via my BluOS playlist today (19th November) and it works perfectly now with no crashes. To do this I deleted the original Bluesound Controller App, re-installed it afresh on my iPad and all is good now. I guess BluOS have resolved this issue with an update. Thanks to Bluesound Support crew.
