Access to Amazon Prime music

Saw the post 20 d ago re Amazon Prime.  Thought this would be fixed by an upgrade to my players that came today.  Tried to add Amazon Prime via the "manage" button under "Music sources".  Get "Content could not be loaded" after I press the "Login" button.  Same problem with Spotify after I press the "lnstall the Spotify app".  Note that the app is installed on the phone and working.

  Can you please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look why you may still be having issues?
