Please add balance control.

Would be nice to see balance control added for room correction or when you suffer from hearing loss in one ear. A friend of mine for example has mild hearing loss in his right ear and he would love the same set up I have (Node+active speakers) but he needs balance control to even out the output of the speakers for his ears. I think balance control will be a welcome addition for many people.

There is a balance control under the Audio Settings. It has been there for a long time. Maybe always.

Can't find it in windows nor android controller.Only a tone control is possible, unless I'm missing something.

I see, I'm just a lowly user of an old Node2. I do my balancing on my amplifier, as it should be, I guess;)

There's no balance control on the Node N130. However, since balance control is present in the pre-amplifier stage of the Powernodes, and the Node can be used as a pre-amp, it should be easy to implement it.

As Alain suggested, balance should happen at the Amplifier end and not before.

Tony, have you ever seen a stereo power amp with balance control? I sure haven't.
Also, when you have an integrated amp with bass/treble/balance it often has a button marked direct, pure direct, line direct or something to that effect. When you engage that button all the processing in the pre-amp stage is bypassed. Even some stand alone pre-amps have bass/treble/balance control and a line direct feature to bypass it. It's always done in the pre-amp stage.
If it's possible to add it to the Node, please consider it.

I agree with Nico above, it would be great if a balance control was added. I am a relatively new user of blusound, I have a node x. I must say I was quite surprised that there was no balance control, coming from a sonos port which has it. I run a denon amp in pure direct mode, that bypasses bass/treble/balance control which increases the sound quality significantely in my system. And I would say most of us do not have a perfect listening room, so balance adjustment is kind of a basic function needed in my view.
So is there any possibility and plans to include a balance control?0
