We do apologise for the inconvenience. We did run into a batch problem of poor CR2032 batteries. Given the proximity to the dealer it may be easier or faster to replace them with higher quality ones made by a brand name. CR2032 batteries can vary drastically if using lower cost ones.

    I‘ve got the same problem.
Just bought the remote 5 days ago and it’s already empty.
    Did you find a solution?

No, they said to go back to the dealer where i bought the remote. but haven't had the time to do so unfortunatly. it is a long drive and it is just not on my priority list.
I just dont understand that Bluesound does not provide a new remote..

    That’s unfortunate.
I changed the batteries of my remote after I wrote my last comment and they are already empty.
Not what I expect from a fairly expensive but basic remote.
I will contact the dealer and ask for a replacement.

I recommend the Duracell CR2032 batteries, genuine ones can be bought at main high street supermarkets and are in a child safe packaging - meaning scissors, a knife and a struggle to extract. Cheaper batteries or unknown origin last literally days, the Duracell’s a good six months.
