Multiple problems
I was using the app with a NAD M33 and it worked well. I just added 2 pulse-M and I now have a mess. Speakers frequently drop If I move a charge cable from the iPhone to an iPad the music stops Notifications and emails stop the music Groups don’t work properly and when the NAD is switched on sometimes other speakers can’t be seen. The new controller is not user friendly and does not appear to have been properly tested. Unless resolved I will be returning all to the dealer to ship back to NAD and unfortunately looking for an alternative.

Hi Aidan
If music is stopping from your iPad or iPhone making noise or notifications, this sounds like you are using Bluetooth...?
Please ensure your players are all connected to your network properly using www.bluesound.com/setup...
If those steps are completed on each player, in the BluOS App, please select Settings, Send Support Request so we can troubleshoot your environment and find out what is happening here as some of your symptoms are a little vague.
Our Support Crew will then reach out via e-mail.

Hi - did a full factory reset and followed all instructions to the letter. All going well then just lost one speaker and the stereo pair. I have sent multiple support requests as well.
Any chance one of the 2 pulse M’s is faulty?

Another issue - one of the pluse m does not play at low volume. They are in a fixed group (stereo pair) but a low volume one is silent. When volume is increased it kicks in.
Any suggestions?
