pulse sub plus not connecting to anything
BeantwortetPulse sub+ Do not pairing.
I can not longer pairing the installation.
Both with cable or wifi wireless.
Factory settings (reset) do not fixed the problem.
With the Cable I get the color light blue flashing purple. (don't show in the bluos app)
Wireless I get the color first red, than flashing green, than stay the light green. (I see with the app: The Pulse sub+) Try Connect: Installation process cannot be completed.
Help me please.

I also can't pair mine. When I do it sounds distorted. I use it a level so not to bother my neighbors. I haven't been able to get set to wired. I'm using the RCA cable.

I am upset with product as the technical support are unable to put it right i have now put it back in the box as its waste of time

We asked for some necessary information from you such as proof of purchase information to review if it qualified for warranty and what your options were. We never heard back from you.
