lose sound

My Bluesound Node is connected thru a router and ethernet thru the house electric grid.  I have 1500 cds stored & the node has worked well for a year.  Now the sound will quit randomly when playing, the queue continues running but the app becomes totally unresponsive.  Rebooting the node solves the problem until the sound quits again. I do not use internet streaming.
