    Just an update - this should be resolved in BluOS 4.10.19. Keep an eye on your BluOS App as it should prompt you within the next 48-72 hours asking to update to this version.

    Usually, this is a network glitch of some sort. If it happens frequently or persistently, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may review the log file and take a closer look.
