Solid red light with Pulse 2

My Pulse 2 has been working fine up until last week.  No change made to wifi setup and it has the same solid red light issue as others have mentioned. I tried several of the fixes mentioned and no change.  Please advise if there is a solution to fix it as I wish to continue using it instead of purchasing another product.  Thanks.
