    Hi Francis,

    I have an Apple MacBook (Ventura), iPad (9th Generation), iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Mini (IOS 16.6), Samsung S21 FE, Dell XPS 13" (Windows 11), and an older desktop PC (Windows 10). On top of those, I also have IOT devices around the house. All my devices have BluOS controllers installed. Only my desktop is wired and I use an ISP-provided router. I have not experienced any lag or discrepancy that you are experiencing.

    I suggest performing a network reboot one time and see if your experience gets better. If after performing a network reboot, it does not get better, I suggest sending us a support request at support@bluesound.com, and a member of our support team will reach out to you and sort out your issue.

    Rebooting the network does appear to have cleared the iPad problem. Many thanks for the suggestion. Does this mean that it was probably a caching issue? F
