Roksan attessa streaming amp connection issues

How the hell do I connect the BluOS app to my Roksan Attessa if the amp is not providing me with a Wi-fi hotspot?! I’d heard that this system is tricky, but this is beyond a joke!! 2 separate apps and Wi-Fi pairing for both is simply ridiculous! I can’t even connect by simple Bluetooth from my phone! This may well be going back!!

  Blue is does not connect to my Roksan attessa streaming amp and it connects by Bluetooth and wireless updates but blue os app doesn’t find my cd or amp
