Bluesound Vault 2 Flashing Green Light

Hi all,

I have read the other posts to clear up the flashing green light, however, my vault is wired to my ethernet.  So it is not likely a wifi setting causing the problem.  I've tried unplugging the power and rebooting.  Same problem.  My guess is an upgrade failed.  Is there a way to upgrade my Vault 2 (SN: K78V2B10960) manually to the current software/firmware version?

  Hello
  I have same issue of flashing green light and have confirmed the internet connection is working, turned the router and vault 2 off and disconnected them, waited 5 minutes and powered on, repatched the internet cables and still green light flashing. Downloaded fresh app, couldn’t locate player and can’t find the player in the Settings, wi fi on my phone. Can you help?
